LeadCall is a phone lead attribution and CRM automation platform we conceived, built, launched, and continue to operate.

It exists because mobile sales teams lose the data trail on calls โ€” and because we wanted a product that proves how we work when we own every layer.

The Challenge

Mobile sales teams make calls outside any system. Attribution is guesswork, CRM records depend on manual entry, and missed calls disappear without a trace.

Existing solutions required call forwarding, tracking numbers, or VoIP migration โ€” friction that sales teams wouldn't adopt.

The Solution

We built LeadCall to capture call activity from the phones teams already use and push structured records into Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive.

CRM sync pipelines with retries, dedupe, and conflict resolution โ€” monitored in production by the team that built them.

The Outcome

LeadCall is live at app.leadcall.tech โ€” mobile apps on the App Store and Play Store, CRM integrations in production, and support handled by the founders.

It anchors our SaaS and CRM integration experience and demonstrates long-term product ownership.
